The Nitty Gritty

 We ask that all clients please arrive 5 mins before their appointments. If we have not heard from you after the starting time, your appointment will be cancelled to allow other clients to take the booking. We appreciate a minimum of 3 hours notice for anyone needing to reschedule or cancel. We understand that things come up, but please let us know. Failure to show up can also result in a ‘no show payment’ which is a $20 fee.

Please acknowledge that we only answer calls or text within salon hours, and although we accept text msg throughout the day, there may be a delay in responding if we are tending to clients. Please add your name in each message as we do not have clients saved on the work phone.

Example – Hi this is First Name, Last Name. I would like to get This Service done at This Date and Time if you have it available. Thanks.

We have EFTPOS facilities and accept cash.
